October 17, 2015 – Wildwood, Florida

We left O’Leno State Park at 0838 and drove 91 miles south on I-75 to Wildwood, FL, where we arrived at 1014. So here we are, back at Alliance Coach with our list of repairs and maintenance work to be done.  We met with our service adviser, Will Burke, to discuss the list.  He said he’ll get Kevin the mechanic on it first thing Monday morning.

Bill and Pam invited us to come to their house for dinner and then go see a play in The Villiages, put on by one of the community theater groups there.  We enjoyed meeting their friends and had pleasant conversation before and during dinner.

The play, “Old Love” was at once poingnant and hilarious. It was a very clever plot that is too complicated for me to reconstruct here.  And, it was filled with funny lines. Two older people tell stories of their lives.  They had met on two or three occasions earlier in life and now, at her husband’s funeral, he begins pursuing her. So many of the scenes were back flashes.
