I worked through Big Creek for the umpteenth time and sent it to husband Andy to read over, and maybe find some typos.  He read all day and did not fall asleep once!

Of course, that is no commendation for the book.  He was there and lived it with me.  He loved the experience as much as I did. Not an unbiased critic by any means.

But, I am still impressed that the professional napper stayed awake.

    I like it, even though it’s not done yet. But it’s my story. I’m not so sure anyone else will like it. Living in the national park was an amazing adventure for me that I want to share. After that, I hope to sell enough to cover my costs.

    Always a good sign when Husband enjoys what you’ve written. You’re being mush braver than I was, Dinata. No one other than myself and my editor read my book until it was finished and on Amazon! In fact, Nick (husband) didn’t read either book until I had them made into print books. He hates reading on a tablet/Kindle. It’s always a worry that no one but yourself will like your book. We just have to hope someone will!
